Food diary continued.

Just looking at day 1 of my food diary I’ve managed to get :
Vitamin A, B12, thiamine, B2, Folic acid, Vitamin K, Protein, Potassium, Vitamin C, E and Iron just through my food. 

Food definitely IS the best medicine.
